Due to a car seat being a safety item, any returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if unused and unopened, in its original re-sellable condition and packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or your confirmation email including your order reference number. The buyer covers return postage cost. Refunds are at the seller’s discretion following thorough inspection of the returned seat.
Warranty and repairs
The manufacturer’s warranty period is 24 months, from the date of purchase. The product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to incorrect use, neglect or accident. Should your product develop a manufacturer’s fault during this period, we will in the first instance offer for it to be repaired or replaced free of charge if a repair is not possible. If you wish to return the product for a non-warranty repair, you will be liable for the cost of repair.
We aim to ship your seat within 7 working days but will inform you of any delays (10 days when involving bank holiday). Please note that due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus, during Black Friday offers and retail Christmas period, delivery may take longer to arrive.
